Intro Class

For complete beginners with no experience and new to Iyengar yoga Teacher Nanda will teach through online and Host teacher will guide in person at Studio

Preliminary Class

For those new to the lyengar method i.e. complete beginners and people experienced in other forms of yoga.

Foundation Course

10-week program introduces the basic poses, synchronization of movement and breath, yoga principles of body and its movement, simple relaxation techiniques and usage of props which is unique to Iyengar Yoga.
